Can't wait for the ride out RB!  Will be there :-)

Now I've passed I suddenly feel the magnitude that the only person out there looking after me will be me!  Definitely going to take it easy and get some further skills and training.  My test ride went well but I still felt like such a rookie!!  Was thinking how smooth the examiner must have been riding.  I want to attain that level.

Frevrod, thanks for that.  I've seen a SV650S at Cooperb Motorcycles which is only 10mins away from me.  If I get serious about it it would be nice to have help spotting the faults and advising on price...:-)

2nd that.
My mate had one.  Big strong chap.  dropped it once at low speed.  indicator damage only.  Bought a BMGS which he wasnt ready for.  he loved it but dropped it at least 3 times in the few months he owned it before it got nicked.  He admits, it was too much too soon in hindsight.  I couldnt even get it off the stand without a wall to stand on!

Thanks guys (and gals) :-)

Yes, very relieved.  I really enjoy learning new skills but the pressure of the testing wasn't the best....At least if I don't pass my advanced riding test it won't stop me riding!!

Can't quite believe it.  I've wanted this for over 12 years, it's the achievement of a dream and meant climbing a LOT of hurdles!!  Other than riding well the main thing I want is to ride with friends like you lot :-)
