Thinking about it, but its a toss up between going to IOM (if the "usual suspects" from here are going), and a little trip to Europe (likewise). Both being rather expensive "whims" I think it might have to wait a couple of months yet before I decide to do either.

Was hoping to go but after not being able to get the sailings I wanted and considering the cost of those sailings I opted out.
I MAY nip over as a walk on and watch a days racing, have a few beers until the early hours and get a 3am sailing back.

Does any body know the cost of a crossing,I understand it is quite dear and what do most of you do for accomodation,is it a tent job or B&B. I would love to go on the bike but may have to go alone as people have other commitments,or it could be a caes of Billy no mates

Going by yourself on the bike, budget £500 just for the ferry and camping costs. Then add food money and spending money. Its easy to spend over £1500 by yourself in a week if you're not careful Anyway, I doubt I'll be going this year, I've got to fund my new race bike, not to mention club fees, race fees, etc.

Might be worth considering Manx GP in August - ferries cheaper, accomodation cheaper etc. - not quite as busy as the TT but - some great action and 'friendly' atmosphere.
We're hoping to return to Marshall this year - have missed standing at Brandywell (we regularly marshalled TT & GP whilst living on the Island !!! )

Hoping to get to the Southern 100 later in the year on the bike. Hopefully I will be able to blag putting my bike in a teams race transporter.
