Despite the other thread getting a little old.  I still collect donations of unwanted bike gear and the odd bit of luggage which I continue to distribute amongst members who need it and get in touch with me.  (For the cost of postage). Donators and recipients remain anonymous.  No helmets thanks, I don't trust second hand ones and wouldn't expect anybody else to.

We will be at the NEC and Xmas meal on 4th december this year, if people want to bring any unwanted items of bike gear along with them, that would be fantastic.   OK!

What is truly brilliant is that I hear about members doing this amongst themselves all the time!   worthy

So, dear members if you have any kit you no longer use, and can't get to me, please make a note of it on this thread.  Any members needing kit please post about it on here or pm the member who is offering what you want. You will have to negotiate postage costs between yourselves.    If you make private arrangements, the forum can not be held responsible for any problems you encounter.

Thank you!   very happy

If nobody wants it before I see you around the Christmas do time, I've a Caberg Trip helmet in Medium I stopped using last year.  Don't recall it being dropped, though the visor is scratched.

I have a Frank Thomas Leather Jacket, size L 42", its a small 42" as its a bit tight on me so would be ideal for someone 40"-42".
Used but in good nick, has a key ring pull on main zip as the tab broke off but works fine. Collect from London E6 or will post for whatever PO charge.

Also have a 28L Kappa topbox with plate (mono lock) for rack complete with two keys, again collection from E6 or can send for postage costs.

x1 pair of MDK leather motorcycle boots in good nick & a pair of Akito Miami ankle motorcycle boots in fair condition, both size 9.

All above would be useful for someone starting out on a budget. OK!

I've got a Marlboro Foggy replica 2-piece (but Yamaha instead of Ducati). A bit grubby but never been down the road. It's Alpinestars M2M but I've lost quite a bit of weight since I bought it. Jacket is basically an XL size (at least the lining is) and the trousers around 38" waist. Suitable for someone between 5'10" and 6'2" ish and around 16-17 stone. It's not lightweight, it's a minimum of 1.6mm leather all round - the almond of the trousers is 2mm as are the armoured sections. The one trouser leg needs a new zip but apart from that it's fine. Oh, full wrap around zip too so it would be ideal for track days. I do have some armour for it somewhere, I'll try and find it.

Yours for a bacon sarnie if you cover postage (probably around £15) OK!

Top box is free mate, just wanna help someone out if I can, its not massive, you will get a lid and some other bits like rainsuit, and gloves possible jacket in. Collection from London E6 or I can post at your cost, will get a postage price from ebay for same size if your happy with that.

Thanks a lot A5tra_G. Postage seems to be about £10 on ebay. I'm happy to pay the delivery for the box and plate. Let me know how I can send you the postage costs
