Well if your employer is hell bent on giving away policy holders money then my suggestion is scuba diving...

No disrespect but my employer can do with 'their' money what they want! smile I'm from Majorca so been there than that. I'm a fully qualified scuba diver ;-)

everything from zorbing to abseiling.

A few things that might be fun  toothy grin
Book a day at a training school at a track (with bike hire?)  OK! spend the rest on a "normal" track day to practice what you learned  cool
Parachute jump crazy for an amazing adrenaline rush OK!
Flying lessons? ( towards a licence, or basic plane control)
Glider flying lessons?
Scuba ?
Ski-ing ?
